Refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final once the file has been delivered to your email. You cannot "return" a PDF the same way you return a shirt. once you have it, you have it.

That said, we're human and we want you to be happy.

If any of these apply to you, contact us and we'll sort it out:

• You were charged but never received the file
• You were charged twice by accident
• The file was corrupted or unable to open

We do not offer refunds for:

• Changing your mind after purchase
• Not reading the guide before deciding it wasn't for you
• Buying the wrong product by mistake
